The Vol-au-vent shells are light and buttery with textured layers that melt in your mouth. When baked they puff up beautifully creating a hollow centre perfect for holding the spiced fruit filling. Once filled, these pastries are dusted with a light sprinkling of icing sugar.

 These minced fruit vol-au-vents are enjoyed for their traditional Christmas flavours. 

Quantity

Oven bake or air fry. Bake from frozen. Ready in 15 minutes.

Once golden brown, press the inner circle to create a hole, add a small tsp of the minced fruit , dust with icing sugar, serve and enjoy.
