Seitan Braai Pack

Cook from frozen, Fry for 4-5 mins on each side in a pan or put straight onto the braai/grill. Baste with a mixture of Maple Syrup and Oil. 

STORAGE:

Keep frozen and once defrosted, use within 3 days.
