Seitan Gammon

Seitan Gammon is a plant based centrepiece designed with the texture and savoury depth of a traditional festive Gammon roast without any animal products. Made primarily from wheat gluten, it has a firm bite and satisfying chew that holds up beautifully. 
The Gammon is typically infused with smokey, salty and subtly sweet flavours using ingredients like soy sauce, maple syrup and smoke.
